An illustrator, graphic designer, educator, researcher, curator, and author of children's literature texts, born 1974 in Porto, who graduated in Communication Design from FBAUP.

Rui Mendonça — Professor of Design, FBAUP

A professor in FBAUP's Design department, who completed a doctorate on the poster (cartaz) as a design object, assembling a collection of some 1,500 works for his research.
Luís Mendonça — Also known as Gémeo Luís · designer, illustrator & researcher

Born in Maputo in 1965, he holds a PhD in Illustration and teaches and researches at FBAUP. André's first job was at his publishing house, Edições Eterogémeas.
Heitor Alvelos — Full Professor of Design, University of Porto

Holds a PhD from the Royal College of Art's Department of Design (2003) and a Master's in Visual Communication from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (1992); supervised André's master's thesis at FBAUP.
