- UX Designer, Partner Success (Mar 2023 – Feb 2024): improved the registration flow and property management system for Home partners, based on a Conversion Readiness Checklist.[1]
- UX Designer, Pricing — Promotions (Jan 2021 – Mar 2023): designed and improved the core partner journey of the Pricing Hub, a tool for partners to manage pricing strategy, occupancy, and revenue.[1]
- UX Designer, Pricing — Targeted Rates (Dec 2021 – Nov 2022): worked on product flows for Mobile Rates, Country Rates, and US State Rates, and drove a redesign of how targeted rates work.[1]
- UX Designer, Design Ops (Nov 2020 – Jan 2021): helped launch and improve the UX Directory (a searchable directory of Booking's designers, researchers, and copywriters and their projects) and the UX Design Library (a shared Figma component and pattern library).[1]
